Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 October 2026
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Pikupo (“we”, “us”). For privacy questions contact v.sobolenko.vs@gmail.com.
Pikupo provides a white-label self-pickup ordering platform for restaurants, cafés and bakeries. This policy covers the marketing website at pikupo.com and the demo / contact forms on it. It does not replace a separate data processing agreement that applies when a restaurant becomes a paying customer of the product.
2. What we collect
When you request a demo or ask a question we collect: your name, email address, restaurant name, city, optional phone number, and the message you write. We also receive technical data that your browser sends (IP address, user agent) to the form delivery provider.
We store your language preference and cookie-consent choice in your browser’s local storage. We do not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics on this site today.
3. Why we use your data
We use the information only to answer your request, schedule a demo, and follow up about Pikupo. The legal bases under the GDPR are: your consent (when you tick the consent box) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
For visitors in Russia and Belarus we process the data under applicable local rules on the basis of your consent given when you submit the form.
4. Who receives your data
Form submissions are delivered to our sales inbox (v.sobolenko.vs@gmail.com) through a form-to-email provider (Web3Forms and/or FormSubmit). Those providers process the submission on our behalf to deliver the email. We do not sell your data.
If you become a customer, product data is handled under a separate agreement and hosting arrangement described at that time.
5. How long we keep it
Demo and contact messages are kept for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Cookie-consent and language preferences stay in your browser until you clear them.
6. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict processing, and (where GDPR applies) object or withdraw consent. Email v.sobolenko.vs@gmail.com — we reply within 30 days.
EU/EEA visitors may lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. Russian residents may contact Roskomnadzor regarding personal data processing.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies / local storage only: language preference and the cookie-consent flag. They are required for the site to remember your choices. No advertising or tracking cookies are set by us.
8. International transfers
Our form providers and email infrastructure may process data in the EU and other countries with appropriate safeguards. By submitting the form you acknowledge that your enquiry may be processed outside your country of residence in order to reach us.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
